Keeping Up With the Jones Library November 15, 2017 Dear Jones Students, Library PASSES and Library Sign-In BINDERS (One BLACK and one BROWN) Gentle reminder: Students, please always obtain a written pass to the library from your regular teacher OR substitute teacher when you come to the library during class periods. Otherwise you will be sent back to your classroom. ALSO, the BLACK sign-in binder is for students signing in before school, during lunch, and after school. The BROWN binder is for signing in during class periods. The BROWN binder has fewer sign-ins, so it’s much easier to document your presence when necessary. Please sign legibly! Finally, if you are coming to the library with your class and a teacher you don’t have to sign in at all! This info is also posted on the library website home page. Fall drama The Government Inspector a SMASH! Congratulations to the cast and crew of The Government Inspector! It was just excellent! Hilarious! Unforgettable! Bravo! Thank you all! Have you seen Room 401?! Spanish teacher Mr. Marcos González Díaz has created a truly unique and inspiring classroom space in Room 401 with custom-made banners featuring beautifully rendered images of well-known Spanish speakers who have had a profound impact on our history and our present. Be sure to stop by 401 to check it out! November is Native American Heritage Month
