October 20, 2020 Dear Jones Community, Virtual Book Clubs Starting Soon! Jones College Prep hosts four Book Clubs, one per grade level. This year each group will read only three titles and meet for book discussions online. The clubs are moderated by teachers from multiple departments. All titles will be provided at no charge in eBook format. eBook Revolution The JCP Library has acquired a substantial number of eBooks and eAudiobooks for exclusive use by the Jones community. Click into this spreadsheet with an embedded video tutorial to explore and check out the best and newest titles! Multi-user titles can be read by multiple readers at the same time. Celebrate U.S. Media Literacy Week (Media Literacy) Today’s library newsletter is dedicated to the 6th annual U.S. Media Literacy Week, October 26-30, 2020, hosted by the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE). The mission is to highlight the power of media literacy education and its essential role in education all across the country. All events are virtual, and participation is free to people of all ages!
