November 4, 2019 Dear Jones Students, The Jones Library now has a podcast! Students are creating brief booktalk podcasts to promote the 26 titles of the Immigrants & Refugees Booklist. Click to access the podcast website and listen to the first podcast by seniors Elizabeth Zavala and Lisset Rodriguez. The podcast is available on Spotify and will soon be available on Apple Podcasts. Want to contribute a podcast episode? Let me know, and I will gladly suggest a book from the Immigrants & Refugees Booklist for you to read and promote by making a podcast, alone or with a friend. Articles, Plays, Films, Videos, Music, and More! Let’s work together to curate a list of books, articles, plays, films, videos, music, and other works that point to the experiences and challenges of migrants, asylum seekers, refugees and immigrants all around the world. Use this Google survey to suggest works for this initiative. A comprehensive list of works will be posted on the library website.
